We're Back "The Circle of Confusion" video.
24th November 2011
We're Back "The Circle of Confusion" video series.
You may remember the initial episode was titled Episode 0 – it was a pilot, after all EP-0). We’ll be filming in and around Killarney, Co. Kerry from the 3rd to the 6th of November.
One of the things we learned from the pilot is that we shouldn’t try to fit everything into a single day’s filming. It was a mammoth 14-hour shoot last time round, off the back of about three hours sleep for all of us. And nobody thought to bring coffee. This time we’ll be fully catered and have a more reasonable filming schedule.
We also learned that the pilot does pretty much exactly what every single other landscape tutorial available on the market does. That’s a bit of a snooze. So we’ve decided to push the envelop. It could all blow up in our faces of course, but we’d rather crash and burn doing something different than fizzle out producing the same as everyone else. Besides, we really think you’re going to like the formula we’ve come up with. Think Top Gear for photography and you’re on the right track.
The video is in the final editing stages and will be ready to download from The Circle of Confusion website by the middle of December.
