Mullaghmore in a costal village off the manin N15 road between Sligo and Bundoranon the north west cost of Ireland. The final stage of the World Rally Championship was held here in 2007. Mind you I don't think they stopped to take in the views. The road through the village loops around the headland and its fun driving around in circles trying to find the right spot. This image was taken late in the evening after the sun had set. The difficulty with this image was trying to balance the exposure between the sky and foreground rocks. A 30 second exposure and a couple of filters were used to make this image.
