doolin waves

Doolin is small little village on the west coast of Ireland in County Clare. From here you can get the ferry to the Aran Islands. This image was taken in the early morning as the sun was low in the sky behind me to the east. Timing was perfect to catch the wave as it smashed the rocks on the shoreline. The start of the Cliffs of Moher are just about visible on the horizon.
